LuckPot Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the LuckPot platform — whether through the website at luckpot.best or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and LuckPot. They should be read alongside the LuckPot Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

To register and use LuckPot, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. LuckPot does not permit gaming by minors under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be verified.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and while placing bets or playing casino games.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of LuckPot or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility — not LuckPot's — to confirm this before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of another person or entity.

LuckPot reserves the right to request documentation verifying your eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

One Account Per Member

Each individual may register and maintain only one LuckPot account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LuckPot username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. LuckPot will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any messaging platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact LuckPot support immediately at support@luckpot.best.

Identity Verification (KYC)

LuckPot conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, PhilSys ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal processing will be paused until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

All transactions on LuckPot are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Accepted Payment Methods

LuckPot currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. New payment methods may be added and existing ones may be removed over time.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and InstaPay are typically credited to your LuckPot wallet immediately or within a few minutes. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 2 hours, contact LuckPot support with your transaction reference number.

Your Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that you own and that come from payment methods registered in your own name. LuckPot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment methods linked to another person. Deposits received from third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended.

LuckPot offers various promotions, bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each offer at the time of opt-in. The following general conditions apply to all LuckPot bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games or markets are stated in the offer terms. Bets placed on excluded games or markets do not count toward the wagering requirement.

Time Limits

All LuckPot bonuses expire after a defined period from the date they are credited to your account. Unused bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets are forfeited upon expiry. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

One Bonus at a Time

You may only hold and wager one bonus at a time at LuckPot. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus will void the existing bonus. LuckPot support cannot recover voided bonuses under these circumstances.

Referral Program

Members who participate in the LuckPot Refer a Friend program are subject to the specific terms published on the Refer a Friend page. Referral bonuses are only awarded when the referred player completes registration, passes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals — including referring yourself using a different name or device — will result in both accounts being closed.

Bet Acceptance

A bet placed at LuckPot is only valid once it has been confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. LuckPot reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion — for example, if a technical error in the odds is detected, if a fixture is cancelled before it starts, or if the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded.

Palpable Errors

If LuckPot publishes clearly incorrect odds due to a human or system error — for example, decimal odds of 10.00 on a heavy favourite that should be priced at 1.10 — we reserve the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has settled. The affected stake will be returned to your wallet.

Live Betting

Live in-play odds at LuckPot update continuously during events. A bet placed on a live market is accepted at the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed — not at the odds you saw when you first tapped the selection. LuckPot is not responsible for price movements that occur between your selection and your confirmation of the bet.

Casino and Slots

All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, and other table games — use certified random number generators or live dealing procedures. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by LuckPot or by the player after the round has started. Session history and game logs are retained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

Sabong

Sabong betting on LuckPot is linked to licensed cockfighting derbies. LuckPot is not responsible for disruptions to the live stream, technical issues at the derby venue, or the outcome of any fight. Bets placed on a fight that is subsequently declared void by the derby operator will be returned at full stake.

Withdrawal requests at LuckPot can only be submitted for real-money balances — bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing fees (if any) are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.

• Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for your last qualifying deposit unless a verified alternative has been approved by support.
• LuckPot processes withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours under normal conditions. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the recipient e-wallet or bank.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. Pending withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
• LuckPot reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security review on accounts that have recently changed their registered details, email, or phone number.
• Withdrawal of amounts significantly above your total deposits may trigger an additional identity and source-of-funds review under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

LuckPot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating account sharing
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to hack, overload, or otherwise compromise the LuckPot platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing LuckPot staff or other members
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, LuckPot reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Funds confirmed as legitimately owned by you will be returned after deducting any outstanding liabilities.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your LuckPot account at any time by contacting support at support@luckpot.best. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed as a final withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided KYC is complete and there are no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on LuckPot. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities.

• Money laundering or using LuckPot for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity
• Using LuckPot to fund, facilitate, or conceal criminal activity
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is ineligible to hold a LuckPot account
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to obscure your true geographic location
• Sharing account access with any third party for any reason
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs for financial gain
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a LuckPot account

All content on the LuckPot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, audio, video, and software — is the property of LuckPot or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the LuckPot platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any LuckPot content without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, LuckPot's total liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims is limited to the amount of funds in your LuckPot wallet at the time the claim arises. LuckPot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

LuckPot does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. LuckPot will make reasonable efforts to notify members of planned outages in advance.

LuckPot is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — enjoyable when kept within limits, and not a source of financial stress or harm.

LuckPot offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and mandatory breaks
• Reality checks showing your net session activity
• Temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion (irreversible for a minimum of 6 months)

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, your remedy is to stop using LuckPot and request account closure before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of LuckPot that cannot be resolved informally through LuckPot's support team will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

LuckPot's PAGCOR license also provides a regulatory dispute resolution pathway. Members who believe their complaint has not been fairly resolved by LuckPot support may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's official complaint process. LuckPot will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
